Video Lottery Operation Licenses - Information on Payouts

Synopsis:

Requiring that regulations adopted by the State Lottery Commission include provisions that require video lottery terminal payouts above specified amounts be reported to the State Lottery Agency in a report that contains specified information; and requiring the State Lottery Agency to modify the report in a specified manner and forward the modified report to the Department of Human Resources' Child Support Enforcement Administration for the purpose of enforcing specified child support orders.
