Program Expenses
Allowing a subtraction modification under the Maryland income tax for
up to $500 of specified expenses incurred by individuals in connection
with land preservation under the Forest Conservation and Management
Program within the Department of Natural Resources, if the
individual's application is approved by the Department; applying the
Act to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2011; etc.
