Table Games - Video Lottery Facilities
Providing that the State may authorize the holder of a video lottery
operation license to offer table games in the State; specifying the
types of table games that may be authorized, including roulette,
blackjack, and craps; authorizing the State Lottery Commission to
determine the suitability of table games under specified
circumstances; subjecting the approval of table games to a referendum
of the qualified voters of the State at the November 2012 general
election; etc.
