Allowing a credit against the State income tax for costs incurred to
obtain federal security clearances and to construct or renovate
specified compartmented information facilities; providing for
applications to the Department of Business and Economic Development

taxpayers of approved credit amounts; applying the Act to all taxable
years beginning after December 31, 2011; etc.
