Adding a new article to the Annotated Code of Maryland, to be
designated and known as the "Land Use Article", to revise, restate,
and recodify the laws of the State relating to zoning, planning,
subdivision, and other land use mechanisms, including comprehensive
plans, historic preservation, and related matters; revising,
restating, and recodifying the laws of the State relating to the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, including the
Regional District and the Metropolitan District; etc.

history occurring in the Chambers
