Synopsis:

Amending the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loans of 2005 to alter the purpose of the grant for the Amphitheatre at Bainbridge to authorize a grant for the Historic Tome School; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; requiring that the Board of Public Works expend or encumber the proceeds of the loan by June 1, 2014; etc.
