Synopsis:

Providing a process for establishing legislative districts for the election of the members of the Maryland General Assembly; requiring a temporary redistricting advisory commission to hold specified meetings; providing that specified districting maps must be made available to the public in specified ways and at specified times; directing the Executive Director of the Department of Legislative Services to oversee the process and development of legislative districting plans by the Department; etc.
