Environment - Water Appropriation or Use Permit Fees - Workgroup
Requiring the Secretary of the Environment to convene a specified
workgroup to develop a specified fee structure in a specified manner;
requiring the Department of the Environment to report on the structure
of fees developed by the workgroup to specified committees of the
General Assembly on or before December 31, 2012; and terminating the
Act on June 30, 2013.
