Synopsis:

Authorizing the Montgomery County District Council to provide in its zoning regulations that an affirmative vote of at least 4 members of the County's board of appeals is required for the adoption of a resolution that grants, revokes, suspends, amends, extends the time to implement, or modifies a special exception and that a majority vote is required to adopt a procedural motion regarding a special exception application; authorizing the Council, in exercising the authority under the Act, to vary requirements by zone; etc.
