Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law relating to the percentage of operating costs that must be recovered from specified revenues for public transit services; establishing requirements for the percentage of operating costs that must be recovered from specified revenues for public transit services; requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to implement performance indicators to track service efficiency; requiring the Administration to submit a report on performance indicators to committees of the General Assembly; etc.
