Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis
§10–201.
The Mayor and the City Council may:
(1) constitute the Board of License Commissioners for the City; or
(2) delegate all or part of the authority to regulate license holders to a subsidiary board that the Mayor and City Council establish.
