Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis
§16–2702.
Sections 6–308 and 6–319 of this article do not apply to:
(1) a holder of a temporary license; or
(2) an individual consuming alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises of a holder of a temporary license.
