Article - Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis
§28–1410.
The County Treasurer shall:
(1) collect the license fees; and
(2) pay over to the Commissioners of Leonardtown the fees received for licenses issued for premises within the limits of the incorporated Town of Leonardtown.
