§10–424.

    The Board may award financial assistance to:

        (1)    a local government;

        (2)    an agency, instrumentality, or nonprofit corporation that the local government designates;

        (3)    a public or private college or university;

        (4)    the Maryland Economic Development Corporation; or

        (5)    a nonprofit entity operating an incubator in the State.
