Article - Local Government

§27–402.

    (a)    The board of drainage commissioners shall organize as a corporation named “The Board of Drainage Commissioners of ….. District”.

    (b)    A board of drainage commissioners may:

        (1)    exercise corporate powers;

        (2)    hold and convey property; and

        (3)    sue and be sued.

    (c)    A board of drainage commissioners shall adopt a seal.
