§5–2101.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) “Healthy soils” has the meaning stated in § 2–1901 of the Agriculture Article.
(c) “Regenerative practices and traditions” has the meaning stated in § 2–1901 of the Agriculture Article.
