§9–2201.

    (a)    In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

    (b)    “Application service provider” means an entity that provides access to or deployment of business software applications and services over the Internet.

    (c)    “ASP” means application service provider.

    (d)    “Board” means the CEO Board of Advisors for E-Commerce.

    (e)    “Consortium” means the “eMaryland” ASP Consortium.

    (f)    “E-commerce” means electronic business and commerce.
