Article - State Personnel and Pensions
§28–301.
A member of the Local Fire and Police System is entitled to:
(1) eligibility service as provided in §§ 28-302 through 28-307 of this subtitle; and
(2) creditable service as provided in § 28-308 of this subtitle.
