§9–1002. NOT IN EFFECT
** TAKES EFFECT JULY 1, 2026 PER CHAPTER 606 OF 2025 **
This subtitle applies to all employees, including temporary employees, of all units in the Executive Branch of State government only, including any unit with an independent personnel system.
