Synopsis
Requiring the Insurance Commissioner to enforce certain provisions of law related to preventive services consistent with the recommendations and guidelines in effect on December 31, 2024, set by the United States Preventive Services Task Force, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or the Health Resources and Services Administration, and related federal rules or guidance.
