Requiring in Baltimore City that an alcoholic beverages license for a partnership be applied for by, and issued to, at least two general partners as individuals; requiring that at least one of the general partners who applies resides in the State and is a registered voter in the State; requiring the Board of License Commissioners to issue a license to a specified general partner under specified circumstances; repealing a specified provision of law concerning a petition of support for a license; etc.
