Synopsis
Establishing a Class DLR license in Harford County in accordance with certain requirements; authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Harford County to issue a Class DLR license to a certain license holder; authorizing the holder of a Class DLR license to sell certain alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption on Monday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and establishing an annual fee of $1,000 for a Class DLR license.
