Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program to include a son, daughter, or stepchild or surviving spouse of a member of the armed forces who is or was eligible for the Chapter 35 Dependent Education Assistance benefit; and authorizing certain methods for verifying eligibility of these individuals for the Edward T. and Mary A. Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program.
