Civil Actions - Liability of Insurer for Damages, Costs, and Expenses

Synopsis:

Providing that an insured is entitled to recover specified costs and expenses under specified circumstances in an action to determine insurance coverage; and establishing that an insurer is liable for treble damages under specified circumstances.
