Requiring the establishment of a Family Division in all counties having more than seven circuit court judges; providing for the transfer of and appointment of Family Division judges; creating judgeships for the Family Division; providing for a Supervising Family Judge of a Family Division; providing for the transfer of Masters in Chancery and juvenile court masters to a Family Division; providing for the jurisdiction of a Family Division; providing funding for certain court personnel; adding transition provisions; etc.
