Synopsis:

Requiring a court to order the Motor Vehicle Administration to suspend the driving privileges of a child found to have violated a specific provision of law involving the theft of a motor vehicle; establishing a suspension period of 2 years for the first offense; and establishing a period of suspension lasting until the child reaches age 21 for a second or subsequent offense.
