Workers' Compensation - Insurers Subject to Assessment

Synopsis:

Providing that the insurers that are subject to the annual assessment by the Workers' Compensation Commission include a governmental self-insurance group that meets certain requirements, a self-insurance group of private employers that meets certain requirements, and an individual employer that self-insures in accordance with a certain provision.
