Insurer's Right of Subrogation
Extending a right of subrogation to motor vehicle insurance carriers
on payment of personal injury protection benefits to a person injured
in an automobile accident if the injured person recovers damages from
a person held legally responsible for the accident; providing for the
future codification of certain provisions of the Act; and limiting the
right of subrogation under the Act.
