Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to establish and administer a Lead Poisoning Screening Program, using specified criteria, screening methods, and payment mechanisms; requiring the Department of the Environment (MDE) to assist local governments to provide case management for specified children with specified requirements; requiring MDE to develop a specified plan by a specific date; etc.
