Greater Baltimore Cultural Arts Foundation Loan of 1994

Synopsis:

Amending Chapter 121 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1994, the Greater Baltimore Cultural Arts Foundation Loan of 1994, to extend the time for the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Cultural Arts Foundation, Inc. to provide evidence of a matching fund to the Board of Public Works and to alter the type of matching fund to allow in kind contributions.
