Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt in the amount of $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Mayor and Town Council of Greensboro and the County Commissioners of Caroline County for the provision of capital equipment, furnishings, and associated expenses for the Greensboro Community Center, to be used as a meeting place for civic and community groups in Greensboro and the surrounding areas of Caroline County.
