Football Stadium at Camden Yards - Permanent Seat Licenses
Prohibiting any person, other than the Maryland Stadium Authority,
from marketing, offering for sale, or selling permanent seat licenses
for seats at a professional football stadium at Camden Yards in
Baltimore City; requiring the Authority to use proceeds from the sale
of permanent seat licenses for specified purposes and to transfer
specified remaining proceeds to the General Fund of the State; and
providing that June 1, 1996 is the effective date of the Act.
