Handguns - Seizure and Forfeiture - Disposition of Forfeited Property

Synopsis:

Requiring a law enforcement agency that seizes a handgun or specified property relating to a handgun to destroy the forfeited property or sell the forfeited property to another law enforcement agency for official use by the purchasing agency or to a licensed firearms dealer.
