Creating a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Furnace Town Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, and construction of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, an addition to a building, to be used as the Furnace Town/Nature Conservancy Visitors Center in the Furnace Town Historic District, in Snow Hill in Worcester County.
