Transferring the Historical and Cultural Museum Assistance Program to the Maryland Historical Trust; altering the name of the Maryland Historical Trust Grant Fund and the permitted uses of the Fund to include grants; authorizing the Program to make operating support grants; and generally relating to the Maryland Historical Trust, the Historical and Cultural Museum Assistance Program, and the Department of Housing and Community Development.
