Authorizing an individual diagnosed with a painful fatal condition to
execute an aid in dying request; prescribing the form and procedure
for carrying out an aid in dying request; allowing a physician or

specified circumstances; specifying that the Board of Physician
Quality Assurance may not take disciplinary action against a physician
who prescribes or administers an aid in dying in accordance with a
properly executed aid in dying request; etc.
