Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation - Easements - Exclusions

Synopsis:

Altering from 1 acre to 2 acres the size of a lot that a landowner may exclude from restrictions under an easement sold to the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation provided that the Department of the Environment adopts regulations regarding lot sizes or that the jurisdiction in which the land is located requires that a lot for a dwelling house be larger than 1 acre; and making technical changes.
