Compelled Testimony - Spousal Privilege
Clarifying that, when a person is on trial for assault and battery of
the person's spouse, the spouse may be compelled to testify if the
person was previously charged with the same offense and the spouse
refused in open court to testify on the basis of the spousal
privilege.
