Charles County - Fire and Rescue Workers - Length of Service Award Program - Benefit Adjustments

Synopsis:

Repealing the 150% cap on the maximum overall increase in adjustments to benefits under the length of service award program for qualified active volunteer members of the Charles County Volunteer Fire Companies, Volunteer Rescue Squads, and mobile intensive care units; and requiring any benefit adjustment under the program to be applied only prospectively.
