Altering, in Baltimore City, provisions relating to the employees of the Board of License Commissioners; requiring employees of the Board to be in the classified civil service of the City of Baltimore; specifying that the Board may appoint and remove employees only in accordance with the provisions of law governing classified civil service employees of the City of Baltimore; etc.
