Establishing a task force on charitable giving to be known as
"Maryland Gives!"; specifying the mission of the task force; providing
for the membership of the task force; requiring the Governor to

force; requiring the task force to take certain actions and to issue
certain reports; providing for the termination of the Act; and
generally relating to the establishment and work of a task force to
