Including Prince George's County among those jurisdictions in which nudity and sexual displays are prohibited in establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages; authorizing the Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners to decide whether to revoke a license, notwithstanding a certain mandate; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Prince George's County.
