Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Westchester Community Center

Synopsis:

Creating a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, with a matching fund requirement, as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Westchester Center Foundation, Inc. for the repair and renovation of, and for the provision of capital equipment for, the Westchester Community Center, including replacement of the roof and installation of air conditioning and energy efficient lighting and heating systems, to be used for community activities.
