Election Law - Fair Campaign Financing Act - General Assembly Candidates

Synopsis:

Expanding the Fair Campaign Financing Act to include candidates for election to the General Assembly; specifying expenditure and contribution limits; providing for State funding, sales and use tax revenues, and an individual personal income tax deduction for specified contributions; repealing the sales and use tax exemption on specified direct mail advertising literature; identifying General Assembly candidates on the ballot who are governed by the Act; limiting the amount of transfers from political committees; etc.
