Reclaiming Public Spaces Act

Synopsis:

Establishing that a vehicle that is used or intended for use in soliciting from a prostitute an act of prostitution or illegal dumping is subject to seizure and forfeiture; requiring notices, hearings, and other procedures for the seizure and forfeiture of vehicles; authorizing police officers to issue citations to persons that violate provisions of law on controlled dangerous substances; and requiring persons that are issued a citation to appear in court.
