Tobacco Products - Retail Licenses - Sales to Minors

Synopsis:

Requiring the Comptroller to suspend or revoke a county cigarette retail license if the county licensee is convicted of a violation of selling tobacco products to minors; and requiring court clerks to notify the Comptroller of certain convictions.
