Providing an exception for Baltimore County from the general
restriction on hunting within a safety zone of 150 yards from a
dwelling house or residence; and authorizing the local governing body
of Baltimore County to establish a safety zone that does not exceed
300 yards within which a person may not shoot or discharge a firearm
while hunting.
