Task Force on Multiracial Designations

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Multiracial Designations; providing for the composition, chairman, reimbursement, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study issues concerning the possible addition of a multiracial category on State forms that seek racial identification information; authorizing the Task Force to exercise specified powers; and requiring the Task Force to make a report on or before December 1, 1997.
