Synopsis:

Allowing the seizure and forfeiture of a motor vehicle in which a handgun offense is committed; establishing certain defenses; providing certain procedures and standards for the seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicles; providing for the disposition of forfeited motor vehicles and proceeds; providing for the rights of certain lienholders; allowing a court to review certain decisions and take certain actions relating to the seizure and forfeiture of motor vehicles; etc.
