Synopsis:

Requiring the disclosure to a local school superintendent of specified information concerning a child arrested for committing any of various offenses relating to the control of dangerous substances; requiring the State Board of Education to adopt specified regulations by September 1, 1996; and providing that the Act is effective June 1, 1996.
